BELL SIGNS WITH JACKSONVILLE STATE

Carrollton High School basketball standout Velicia Bell accepted a full scholarship to play for Jacksonville State University. Velicia helped the Lady Trojans make it all the way to the state championship finals this past season for the first time in the team’s history.
